How to use a Kakobuy spreadsheet without losing track of the details

A clear route from finding a product to receiving your parcel. Use Kakobuy Pick to research listings, then manage orders, payments and shipping in your official Kakobuy account.
1. Find a listing and keep its original link
Search the spreadsheet by product name or source item ID, or start with a category. Open the product page to inspect the available pictures and the price shown by CnBuyCha. These are research details, not a reservation of stock or a final quotation.
Keep the original seller URL with the size, colour and quantity you want. A catalogue number on Kakobuy Pick is different from the seller’s item ID. The Open in Kakobuy button carries the original seller URL into Kakobuy.
2. Check the live options in Kakobuy
Register or sign in on kakobuy.com. Open the product link and compare the loaded title, seller, variant and quantity with your notes. The official buying guide describes both automatic import and a manual purchase form when information cannot be loaded.
Do not assume every marketplace link will import automatically. For a manual order, use the real listing information, explain the exact variant, and confirm any minimum quantity. Ask the purchaser about unclear options before paying.
3. Pay for the purchase stage
Review the item price and the seller-to-warehouse postage. International delivery is a later stage. Keep enough room in your budget for the parcel quote, any payment charges and the optional services you choose.
The official fee pages describe several cost components and use different labels for some charges. Check the current payment breakdown in your own account instead of relying on a single advertised service-fee percentage.
4. Review the items when they reach the warehouse
Check the status in your Kakobuy orders or warehouse. Compare the received item with the variant you selected: colour, visible size label, model, quantity and obvious damage. Read the inspection rules before treating a photo as proof of quality.
Reference pictures on Kakobuy Pick come from CnBuyCha and are not verified as warehouse QC. Use the pictures of your own order for a shipping decision. If something is wrong, contact support promptly and keep packaging and tags intact while a return is being considered.
5. Choose packaging and an eligible route
Check the storage deadline for each item before waiting for more purchases. Enter your actual destination, parcel weight, dimensions and goods type in the official shipping estimator. Compare the permitted contents and billing rules of the available lines.
Decide whether to combine items and whether to retain, remove or reinforce packaging. A smaller box can reduce volumetric weight, but packaging also protects the contents. Confirm the effect on protection, return eligibility and the final quote before submitting the parcel.
6. Track, receive and keep evidence
After dispatch, the official guide directs you to the parcel area of your account for tracking. Separate seller-to-warehouse movement from the international parcel: they have different records and timelines.
On arrival, inspect the outer box and seals, keep the label and packing materials, and record any damage or shortage. The official receipt guidance sets short reporting windows. Contact the carrier and Kakobuy promptly rather than waiting for an informal estimate from a third-party site.
